New York, NY, Sept. 18, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The AI Consulting Network, an AI consulting firm for commercial real estate investors and operators, today announced that CRE Agent Skills, its open-source library of AI agent skills for the day-to-day analytical work of commercial real estate, has grown to 90 skills with the addition of Retail, Lender and Credit, and Development and Construction packs. The library covers underwriting, lease abstraction, due diligence, investor reporting, financing, and asset management.

First published in March 2026 with a multifamily acquisitions core, the library has expanded through six releases and is published on GitHub under the Apache 2.0 license, free to use. Each skill is a standalone file that works inside the AI tools CRE teams already use, including Claude Code, Claude Co-work Claude Projects, Gemini, Grok, ChatGPT, Codex and Cursor. It requires no API keys, no installation, and no dependencies.

Representative skills include rent roll analysis, lease abstract review, lease-by-lease underwriting, market and comparable studies, debt sizing and refinance gap analysis, sponsor and guarantor review, construction draw review, covenant monitoring, and investment committee memo drafting.

Alongside the 90 skills, the library ships 35 knowledge bases with cited benchmarks, 93 companion research notes, and 14 Claude Code plugins that install an entire sector pack with a single command. A validation suite runs on every change so the repository can keep growing without silent drift.

The skills were originally decomposed from the firm’s open-source CRE Acquisition Orchestrator, a 31-skill multi-agent system that runs due diligence, underwriting, financing, legal review, and closing as one pipeline. The standalone library is for teams that want to start with a single task rather than adopt a full system.
